Meet Dr. Sarah Wolff
I’m here to help create your brand of special sauce and assist your team in delivering it to each and every client.
There’s no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to be a veterinary practice. Rather, there are approaches that do or don’t align with your strengths and goals.
My role is to find opportunities for your team to delight clients because of your practice’s unique qualities, and to support you in creating sustainable systems to ensure every client appreciates your care.
With over two decades of experience in the veterinary field, I have worked extensively in support, veterinary, and management positions. I’m obsessed with how teams come together to care for not just pets, but for their people, too.
Through consulting and public speaking, I help practice leaders introduce tailored, supportive client care systems that enhance not only the client experience, but create more fulfilling workplaces, too.

My Core Values
These are the guiding principles I bring to each project and collaborative effort.
-
I believe in the power of optimism and empowerment, and I am dedicated to acknowledging and uplifting every person and organization I engage with.
-
I bring my whole self to my work. I believe that by embracing our individuality, we open the door to remarkable accomplishments, and each of us deserves to thrive because of who we are. I endeavor to assist those I collaborate with in finding joy in wholeheartedly celebrating their own identities.
-
Perfection may be an unattainable goal, but the pursuit of excellence—achieved through iteration, education, and evaluation—is the best path for both my personal growth and the organizations I engage with.
-
I am dedicated to honest discourse and am willing to embrace the discomfort that comes with communicating from a growth-oriented perspective. I opt for kindness and generosity as the channels through which I convey my honest thoughts.
How did I go from veterinarian to consultant?
Like so many of us, I got hooked on the idea of veterinary medicine thanks to James Herriot (yes, I know—classic vet kid cliché). Through high school and college, I was lucky enough to work in some truly fantastic hospitals. They showed me what great could look like in this field and cemented my decision to pursue vet school.
Fast forward to my early days as a baby vet in NYC, and, wow—reality check. Turns out, not all practices are created equal. I quickly learned that while our profession has limitless potential, there’s still a lot of room for growth. My path led me to hospitals focused not just on top-tier medicine but also on leveling up their client service.
Here’s the kicker: when practices improve their client experience, something magical happens—team satisfaction skyrockets. Seeing those transformations lit a fire in me. I’ve always admired the amazing humans who dedicate their lives to veterinary medicine, but this was a lightbulb moment:
What if veterinary medicine could be better for everyone—patients, clients, and us, too?
That question brought me to where I am today. These days, I split my time between clinical practice (because, let’s face it, being a vet is too special to ever fully step away from) and helping veterinary teams tap into their superpowers. Together, we create client experiences that strengthen relationships and make this career as fulfilling as it deserves to be.
Sound like something you’re ready for? Let’s make it happen.
