  • You have the option of adding a team development session to your package. I’ll lead a two-hour workshop focused on helping your team level up their client communication skills. (Approved for 1 hour RACE CE).

  • Once on your journey to exceptional client care, I’m always here to support you. Phone calls, additional team development meetings, and project management services are available on an hourly basis.
